Shipping is a flat $7.00 anywhere in the United States, no matter how many glosses you order.
Spend $35 or more (before tax) and shipping is free. That's three glosses.
Local pickup is always free. See the section below.
Every gloss is handmade to order in small batches, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to make and pack your order before it ships. Once it's on its way, delivery usually takes another 2 to 5 business days.
Busy times like holidays and big craft fairs can add a few extra days. If your order is going to be delayed, we will always let you know.
Orders are sent with USPS. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is printed, so you can watch it travel.
If you're nearby, choose Local pickup at checkout and pay no shipping at all. We'll message you to arrange a safe public meet-up spot, or pickup at our booth at First Monday Trade Days in Canton, TX.
Pickup orders are usually ready in 2 to 3 days. Please collect within 14 days so we know it found its home.
We currently ship within the United States only. We're a small handmade shop and international postage is expensive - but if you're outside the US and really want one, message us and we'll see what we can do.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we're happy to resend it once you cover the postage again.
If your parcel is badly delayed, arrives damaged, or never turns up, contact us at orders@glimmerbliss.com within 14 days and we will sort it out with you. Photos of any damage really help.
